Kelly Grow Turf and Plant Management is hiring a Landscape Laborer to join our growing team serving Bucks County and Montgomery County.

We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience who is comfortable working outdoors, operating equipment, and contributing to high-quality landscape and turf projects.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with landscape installation, planting, trimming, and property maintenance
  • Perform excavation work and site preparation
  • Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers and mini excavators
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Support lawn care treatments including fertilization and soil preparation
  • Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally


Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of landscaping, excavation, or outdoor labor experience
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, excavator, or similar machinery)
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work some weekends as needed
  • Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying conditions

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can lead a crew, operate equipment, and ensure high-quality work on every job site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a landscape crew on daily job sites
  • Oversee project execution, quality, and efficiency
  • Perform and supervise excavation and site preparation
  • Operate heavy machinery including skid steers and mini excavators
  • Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
  • Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
  • Train and guide crew members to maintain high performance


Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in landscaping, excavation, or related field
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Experience driving trucks and trailers
  • Strong experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, excavator, or similar)
  • Leadership experience or ability to manage a crew
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work some weekends
  • Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying conditions

Kelly Grow Turf and Plant Management is a fast-growing, locally trusted company specializing in professional turf management, fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and plant health care. We also provide complete outdoor solutions including property maintenance, landscaping, drainage, and hardscaping.

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales / Business Development Manager with strong sales experience to accelerate our growth across Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey. This is a true sales role focused on hunting new business, building strategic partnerships, developing referral networks, and closing new commercial and residential clients.

Position Overview In this high-impact sales position, your ability to generate leads, cultivate relationships, and convert opportunities into signed contracts will directly drive your earnings. Top performers routinely meet or exceed the $800,000 On-Target Earnings goal, with no cap on what you can earn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with commercial and residential clients across Southeastern PA and Central NJ
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, referral sources, property managers, and industry contacts
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into new services, territories, and client segments
  • Generate high-quality leads and successfully close new accounts
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, meetings, and in the community
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Diagnose lawn, turf, and landscape issues in the field to recommend expert solutions

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience is a must – proven track record in business development, sales, or account management
  • Previous experience in the landscaping, turf management, lawn care, or property services industry is strongly preferred
  • Ability to diagnose lawn, turf, and landscape issues on-site
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems and how proper watering impacts turf and plant health
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated hunter with excellent organizational and goal-driven mindset
  • Must have a neat, clean, professional vehicle suitable for client visits

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary starting at $75,000
  • Uncapped commission – On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $800,000+ with truly unlimited earning potential for high performers
