Landscape Laborer – Starting at $20/hr

Kelly Grow Turf and Plant Management is hiring a Landscape Laborer to join our growing team serving Bucks County and Montgomery County.

We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience who is comfortable working outdoors, operating equipment, and contributing to high-quality landscape and turf projects.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with landscape installation, planting, trimming, and property maintenance
  • Perform excavation work and site preparation
  • Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers and mini excavators
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Support lawn care treatments including fertilization and soil preparation
  • Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally


Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of landscaping, excavation, or outdoor labor experience
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, excavator, or similar machinery)
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work some weekends as needed
  • Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying conditions

Kelly Grow Turf and Plant Management is hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team serving Bucks County and Montgomery County.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can lead a crew, operate equipment, and ensure high-quality work on every job site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a landscape crew on daily job sites
  • Oversee project execution, quality, and efficiency
  • Perform and supervise excavation and site preparation
  • Operate heavy machinery including skid steers and mini excavators
  • Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
  • Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
  • Train and guide crew members to maintain high performance


Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in landscaping, excavation, or related field
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Experience driving trucks and trailers
  • Strong experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, excavator, or similar)
  • Leadership experience or ability to manage a crew
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work some weekends
  • Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying conditions
